Anything But Ordinary

I never had a collectable lunch box when I was a kid - just a simple brown paper bag. I loved it! Although not the most eco-friendly, there was always something effortless and innocent about it. Recently I have found that the most beautiful little pieces are very simple, have clean lines, and are in neutral colors. Brown paper bags can add more beauty then you might expect...

I love flowers! Having fresh flowers in my home makes it seem that much more welcoming and warm. There is something about the brown paper wrapping that makes them infinitely more appealing.

Bookshelves full of books, all cluttered and in thousands of different colors – try wrapping them in brown paper like you did with your textbooks in high school! It can make an entire wall seem that much more kept and it's a lovely way to preserve them - also creates a sense of order and calm.

Wrapping gifts is always a last minute thought for me. I normally buy a bag and tissue and I’m set. The idea of wrapping in brown paper seems like a much better idea. More thought, from the heart, and a thousand times more appealing. It is has a charm about it that friends are sure to appreciate.

Lastly – a parting gift. Little food bites in brown paper bags! So cute! Whether it is popcorn, cranberries, or cherries the look is delicate. A little memento that carries as much charisma as the party itself.

The uses are endless, and so it the beauty of it.
